We’re based in Ross-on-Wye. Darren leads the work, Danny and Darryl bring serious experience, and Ollie’s learning the trade properly. We handle everything from new builds and extensions to landscaping.
DARREN
Director
Darren leads the business with a strong focus on high-quality craftsmanship, creative problem-solving, and large-scale residential renovations. With extensive experience across construction, landscaping and project management, he specialises in transforming properties through thoughtful design, premium finishes and practical functionality.
Darren is heavily involved throughout each project, from initial concepts and quoting through to design development and final delivery.
DARRYL
Landscaping & Groundworks
Darryl specialises in landscaping, groundworks and machinery operation. With experience coming from a landscaping background, he plays a key role in preparing and transforming external spaces, helping deliver large-scale landscaping and driveway projects.
DANNY
Carpenter & Site Lead
Danny has worked within carpentry for around sixteen years and has been working alongside Darren for approximately twelve years. He helps oversee projects on site, particularly when Darren is managing multiple jobs, and plays a major role in delivering high-quality carpentry and finishing work.
He also supports and mentors apprentices within the team.
OLLIE
Carpentry Apprentice
Ollie joined the team as a carpentry apprentice and is developing his skills across all aspects of carpentry, including stud work and structural timber construction.
Alongside practical on-site experience, Ollie is completing apprenticeship training through a blended online and practical learning programme. He has quickly become a valued member of the team and is gaining experience across a wide range of residential projects.
