FAQ's
Do you offer a design service as well as construction?
Yes. Our design service covers architectural drawings, planning applications, structural engineering, and Building Regulations submissions. We work with trusted architects and engineers who are fully integrated into our team, so the design and build process runs as one continuous project rather than two separate commissions.
Can I use my own architect and just have you build it?
Yes. If you already have planning permission, architectural drawings, and structural details in place, we can price and deliver the build from those documents. We are happy to work alongside your existing architect or structural engineer if you would prefer to keep that relationship in place.
What happens at the design stage?
We start with a site visit and feasibility discussion to understand what you’re trying to achieve and what constraints apply: planning, budget, structural, and programme. We then develop concept drawings and work them up to planning submission level, then on to Building Regulations drawings and structural calculations once permission is granted.
